When using robotjungle.co.uk and or placing and order on this website you have agreed to the following terms and conditions and are legally bound by them. You agree that at any time Robot Jungle LTD and any associated entities may change their service. You further agree that Robot Jungle LTD shall not be liable to you or any third party for any amendment, suspension, or discontinuation of the service or interruption in access to the robotjungle.co.uk website. PRODUCT DETAILS

All products available for purchase on robotjungle.co.uk are described as accurately as possible on their specific product pages. However, due to digital printing and reproduction constraints we can not guarantee an exact colour match. Also please be aware that colours displayed on screen can differ from the real colours on the actual product.
Sizes and measurements are listed as accurate as possible. However slight variations may occur. The same applies to packaging. As suppliers amend their packaging on a regular basis, what is shown on robotjungle.co.uk might differ slightly from the packaging you will receive.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

robotjungle.co.uk offers a secure shopping experience by encrypting all our user data. Our payment methods include credit and debit cards, as well as Alipay and Paypal. Your data shared with our database and payment gateway are 100% secure. Customers that order from outside the UK may be experiencing additional charges by their bank. That might be due to your bank charging additional fees for international transactions or due to your local currency being converted into Sterling. We will not be liable or accountable if this occurs. If we can not fulfill your order either due to logistical or operational reasons, we have the right to cancel your order. You will be notified immediately if that should be the case and a full refund will be issued.
If you have ordered an item that is made-to-order or is not in stock, we will contact you sharing the delivery and dispatch details with you. Bespoke and Made-to-order items will usually be dispatched within 6-8 weeks. When ordering from abroad, please check with the rules of your country in regard to import laws. We will not be liable when items are held at customs in your country. We can not be held responsible for refunding customers for items that are being held at customs in your country. We are also not responsible or liable for covering custom charges that may be levied on your order.

PRICES & DELIVERY

Please see the page on Delivery to understand the services we offer and the relevant charges. Customers are responsible for providing us with accurate delivery information. Should a delivery fail repeatedly due to reasons other than faults of our part, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In this instance, we will not be able refund the delivery charge to the customer.
All prices displayed on the Website, and are subject to change from time to time.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel your non made-to-order or bespoke order before they go out for delivery. You have to do so by emailing us on [email protected] or contacting us on WeChat, sharing your order number. Cancellation notifications can only be accepted when coming from the same email address linked to your account.
If you would like to cancel – a made-to-order or bespoke product please contact us and we can contact the designer to see if this is possible, unfortunately, if production has started it may not be possible to cancel after the seven (7) day cooling off period.

RIGHT TO RETURN & REFUND

Damaged goods can be returned to us and you may receive a full refund provided that you share photographic evidence of the damage with us. Please note that we cannot refund goods that have been damaged whilst in your care. This includes any item that has been with you for 48 hours or more, based on the receival time/date listed on your receipt for receiving the parcel. On receipt of parcel from the courier please sign for product stating that you have not checked the package. – signature and then write Package UNCHECKED. You will need to keep the original packaging if your item has been damaged in transit. You also have the right to return the product to us for a refund within 7 working days of delivery of the product provided that you follow the return process set out on the website.
You will not be refunded the original delivery charge for undamaged product return and you will be responsible for returning the product to us in its original condition and packaging at your own cost. We reserve the right to decline issuing a refund if the product returned is not of satisfactory condition. All international refunds will be refunded for the equivalent amount taken in pounds sterling on the original order. Due to fluctuations in the currency exchange rate this may result in a difference between the refunded amount and the original price. As international returns can be expensive, and the return shipping costs will have to be covered by you, we usually discuss options or alternatives, like a partial refund without a return of a damaged item, via our email [email protected] or on WeChat.

BESPOKE & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

robotjungle.co.uk sells many products that are bespoke and made-to-order. These products are clearly listed as such on our website. If you are not sure whether an item is bespoke of made-to-order feel free to contact us via WeChat or email [email protected] quoting the product you are interested in. Bespoke Products include pieces where the customer selects a specific finish or upholstery.
You have seven (7) working days from the point of order to cancel Bespoke or made to order Products. Thereafter the order is final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. However, we can always contact the supplier on your request and check whether production on the item has already started. Only if it has, the order can not be canceled and a refund can not be issued.

DATA PROTECTION AND PRODCTS THAT REQUIRE ASSEMBLY

We do what can be done to protect your data within reason but we cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third-party initiates an unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from robotjungle.co.uk You are advised to refrain from using any computer / device to make an order if you suspect of the presence of spyware or virus on it.
All products we sell offer detailed and clear instructions on how to assemble and and use them. robotjungle.co.uk will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a consequence of the mis-use of our products.

We reserve the right to:

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER & FORCE MAJEURE

robotjungle.co.uk total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by robotjungle.co.uk to the customer. robotjungle LTD shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way, save where such liability is imposed upon robotjungle LTD by statute. robotjungle LTD cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the Website or in the product description accompanying the product. We endeavour to check the accuracy of the information on this site. However, we do not warrant that such information will be free of error and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies and typological errors. If the goods do not on receipt by you substantially meet the description on this web site you are entitled to return the goods to us.
We shall have no liability for delays or failures in delivery or performance resulting from force majeure, including but not limited to, war, demands or requests of government authorities, strikes, shortages of labour, fuel, power, raw materials, late or defective performance or non-performance by suppliers, transportation disruptions, inability to ship or other causes, beyond our reasonable control.

JURISDICTION

The law of England and Wales governs these terms of use. The English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, these terms or to a visit to our website although we retain the right to bring proceedings against any breach of these conditions in the relevant country.
