Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@robotjungle.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returns for Non-Damaged Items

For items that are not damaged or faulty, customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

• Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Made to Order Items

All made-to-order and custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
