This table draws inspiration from the three-legged utensils, one of the earliest creations of humankind in ancient times. The triangle structure, along with its irregular lines, evokes a sense of solemnity and stability. Crafted by Kar-—a brand rooted in the Sanskrit word for “karma,” symbolizing karmic reincarnation—this piece embodies the harmonious blend of tradition and modernity. Kar- explores the cause and effect of aesthetics by integrating Oriental philosophy into modern design. After experimenting with numerous materials, fiberglass was chosen as the ideal medium for this table due to its lightweight yet sturdy properties, and its ability to mold irregular, organic shapes.
